2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your products high-quality and durable? Yes! We use premium materials such as long-staple cotton, microfiber, and sturdy fabrics. All products are designed for everyday use while maintaining softness, absorbency, and strength after multiple washes.

7. How do I care for the products?

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners on towels to maintain absorbency
